Breezy HR Pricing 2026: Free Bootstrap to Business, Flat Fees
Breezy HR is free for one open job in 2026, then $157, $273 or $439 a month billed annually ($189, $329, $529 monthly), with unlimited users on every plan.

Breezy HR is free for one open position at a time on its Bootstrap plan in 2026. Paid plans cost $157 a month for Startup, $273 for Growth and $439 for Business on annual billing, or $189, $329 and $529 billed month to month. Every plan, free included, comes with unlimited users, so the price is a flat company fee rather than a per-recruiter seat.
Every figure was read on 19 October 2026 on Breezy HR's pricing page. Our read: Breezy is one of the better-value applicant tracking systems for a company where many managers take part in hiring, because adding the tenth interviewer costs nothing. It is expensive for a two-person HR team hiring a few roles a year, which will spend most months paying for capacity it does not use.
| Plan | Annual billing, per month | Monthly billing | Positions | Users |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bootstrap | Free | Free | 1 active position or pool | Unlimited |

| Growth | $273/mo | $329/mo | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Business | $439/mo | $529/mo | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Custom Pro | Contact sales | Contact sales | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Toolradar data: Breezy HR is one of 16 applicant tracking systems out of the 39 that Toolradar, the software directory we run, tracks with a free plan, and it is listed as an alternative to 29 other tools, sixth in the category, as of October 2026. The record is Breezy HR on Toolradar.
What does the free Bootstrap plan include?
Bootstrap is a working ATS, not a trial. The limit is one active position or candidate pool at a time: you can create more, but you have to close or archive the current one before another goes live.
Inside that limit it is generous. You get unlimited users, a branded and mobile-friendly career site with an employee referral page, distribution to more than 50 job boards, resume parsing in more than 20 languages, multi-language support and GDPR tools, with EU data centers for EU and UK customers.
The catch HR teams miss is candidate history. Breezy says Bootstrap gives unlimited access to candidates added within the last 30 days, so it is not a long-term talent database. A company that fills one role at a time and does not need to revisit last quarter's applicants can run on Bootstrap indefinitely; anyone building a pipeline for future openings will hit the 30-day window first.
What does each paid Breezy HR plan add?
Each paid plan includes everything below it. The jump from free to Startup is the biggest in features; the later steps add process controls for larger hiring teams.
Startup removes the one-position limit and adds the day-to-day recruiting tools: candidate automations by pipeline stage, questionnaires, bulk actions, interview self-scheduling, built-in and Zoom, Google Meet or Teams video interviews, one-way video screening, email and calendar sync, EEOC and OFCCP reporting, background screening integrations, a custom career-site domain, mobile apps, Slack and real-time reporting.
Growth, labeled Most Popular, adds structure for teams where several managers interview: customizable scorecards and interview guides, multiple recruiting pipelines, automated reference checking, e-signatures, an employee referral portal, internal-only positions, an external recruiter portal, the Hello Messenger for career-page chat and up to 5 locations per position.
Business adds the controls a larger company needs: offer management and position and offer approvals, custom roles and permissions, HRIS integrations, candidate nurture email campaigns, assessment integrations such as Criteria Corp and HackerRank, candidate comparison, multi-path questionnaires, video interview recording and priority support.
Custom Pro is everything in Business plus a dedicated account manager, with options for API access, advanced reporting and data export and import. That last point matters for any team planning to connect Breezy to its own data stack: the pricing page lists API access only as a Custom Pro option.
How much does annual billing save?
Breezy describes annual billing as including 2 months free. On the list prices, annual billing saves $32 a month on Startup, $56 on Growth and $90 on Business against paying month to month, a discount of about 17% on each plan.
The saving only exists if you need a paid plan all year. A company that hires in waves, such as seasonal retail or a startup between funding rounds, may pay less by staying on monthly billing and dropping to the free Bootstrap plan when it has a single role open. Before committing to a year, count the months in which you realistically had two or more positions open at once.
What do Breezy HR's add-ons cost?
Add-ons are available on every plan, free Bootstrap included. Starting prices on the pricing page:
- Breezy Intelligence: AI candidate evaluation, interaction summaries and resume auditing, sold as credits starting at $30 per 100,000.
- SMS and text messaging: texts to candidates from their profile or the Breezy inbox, with credits starting at $41 a month.
- Onboard: role-based onboarding workflows that sync with the ATS, starting at $49 a month.
- Perform (performance reviews, 1:1s and goals) and Expert Training (live sessions with a Breezy expert) are listed without a price.
A Startup customer that adds texting and onboarding at their starting prices pays $247 a month on annual billing, which is within $26 of the Growth plan. If you need Onboard and SMS, price Growth plus those add-ons before you settle on Startup, because Growth's scorecards and multiple pipelines often matter more than the add-on saving.
How does Breezy HR pricing compare with JazzHR?
Breezy is the more expensive entry point but has the stronger free plan. On JazzHR's pricing page, read the same day, the annual plans are Hero at $1,000 a year, Plus at $3,480 a year and Pro at $5,508 a year, all billed annually.
| Annual billing | Breezy HR | JazzHR |
|---|---|---|
| Free plan | Bootstrap, 1 active position | None listed |
| Entry paid plan | Startup, $157 a month | Hero, $1,000 a year (about $83 a month) |
| Mid plan | Growth, $273 a month | Plus, $3,480 a year (about $290 a month) |
| Upper plan | Business, $439 a month | Pro, $5,508 a year (about $459 a month) |
JazzHR's monthly equivalents are our division of its printed annual prices. At the middle and upper tiers the two are close; the real gap is at entry level, where JazzHR Hero costs roughly half of Breezy Startup. JazzHR's page also says its standard pricing does not apply to staffing agencies, franchises, multi-location businesses or organizations with over 250 employees, so a larger company should expect a quote there rather than these prices.
Our JazzHR pricing and Workable pricing pages cover both rivals in depth, and Workable vs Breezy HR compares the two head to head. The JazzHR review, Workable review and Ashby pricing round out the comparison. JazzHR on Toolradar lists its alternatives.
Which Breezy HR plan should you buy?
Start on Bootstrap if you hire one role at a time. It costs nothing, includes every user you need, and posts to more than 50 job boards.
Buy Startup on annual billing once you regularly have two or more roles open and want automations and self-scheduling. Buy Growth when several hiring managers interview and you need scorecards and separate pipelines per role; buy Business only when offer approvals, custom permissions or an HRIS integration are requirements.
Our Breezy HR review covers the product itself.
