JazzHR Pricing 2026: Hero, Plus and Pro Explained

JazzHR costs $1,000 a year on Hero, $3,480 on Plus and $5,508 on Pro billed annually, or $110, $350 and $549 a month. When monthly billing wins, worked out.

JazzHR Pricing 2026: Hero, Plus and Pro Explained

JazzHR costs $1,000 a year on Hero, $3,480 on Plus and $5,508 on Pro when billed annually, or $110, $350 and $549 a month on monthly billing, per JazzHR's pricing page read on October 19, 2026. There is no free plan. Annual billing saves up to 24%, but a company that hires for 9 months a year or fewer pays less month to month on every plan.

That last point is the one most buyers miss. JazzHR's page defaults to the yearly toggle and leads with the discount, which is real on Hero and smaller on the two upper plans. Whether it pays depends on how many months a year you actually have a role open, not on the size of the discount.

Toolradar data: of the 34 recruiting tools Toolradar tracks as of October 2026, 18 have a free plan and JazzHR is not one of them, per JazzHR on Toolradar, where it is listed as an alternative to 7 tools. For the product verdict, read our JazzHR review. This page is the bill.

How much does each JazzHR plan cost?

Plan Annual billing Monthly billing Monthly billed for 12 months Annual saving What the plan adds
Hero $1,000/yr $110/mo $1,320 $320 (24%) Applicant tracking, email templates, LinkedIn Recruiter integration, premium job listings, job postings starting at 3 a month
Plus $3,480/yr $350/mo $4,200 $720 (17%) Up to 200 active jobs, AI candidate matching, structured interviews and assessments, task automation, standard reporting
Pro $5,508/yr $549/mo $6,588 $1,080 (16%) Offers and eSignatures, advanced visual reporting, custom report builder, workflow reports, all-access support

The annual and monthly prices are JazzHR's; the 12-month totals and savings are our arithmetic from them. The "save up to 24%" banner describes Hero only. On Plus and Pro the annual discount is closer to one sixth, so a company deciding between monthly Plus and annual Plus is weighing a smaller prize than the banner suggests.

The plans are priced per company, not per recruiter seat, and the page lists no per-user charge. That makes JazzHR easy to budget for a small team where a founder, an office manager and two hiring managers all need access. The cap that matters instead is jobs: Hero's postings start at 3 a month and Plus allows up to 200 active jobs.

When is monthly billing cheaper than annual?

Monthly wins whenever you hire for fewer months than the break-even point, and the break-even is late in the year on all three plans. We divided each annual price by its monthly rate:

Plan Months of monthly billing that cost less than the annual price Cost at that point Month when monthly overtakes annual
Hero 9 months $990 Month 10, at $1,100
Plus 9 months $3,150 Month 10, at $3,500
Pro 10 months $5,490 Month 11, at $6,039

A company that hires in one spring push and one autumn push, four months each, pays $880 for eight months of monthly Hero, less than the annual Hero price. On Plus the same calendar costs $2,800 against $3,480, a gap of $680 in favor of monthly. Seasonal hiring is the case for skipping the annual card.

The steelman for annual billing is real. A company that keeps at least one job open year round passes the break-even and saves the full amount. Annual billing also removes the risk of forgetting to cancel in a quiet month. The pricing page does not describe how monthly plans are cancelled or paused, so confirm that with JazzHR before you plan around switching off between hiring pushes, and export candidate data before any pause.

What does Hero leave out?

Hero is the ATS core. JazzHR's comparison table checks free job board posting, premium listings, the LinkedIn Recruiter integration, a searchable candidate database, custom workflow stages, job-specific hiring teams, roles and privileges, document storage, scheduled emails, email templates, the resume parser and video interview integrations on all three plans.

Hero's gaps are in screening and reporting. The table marks these as missing on Hero and included on Plus: knockout questions, bulk candidate actions, workflow helpers, the recruiting calendar with Google Calendar and Outlook sync, interview guides, candidate evaluation templates, source reports and timing reports.

For a buyer, that list draws a clear line. A company filling a few roles a year with one hiring manager can live without knockout questions and source reports. A company screening hundreds of hourly applicants cannot, because knockout questions and bulk actions are what keep that volume manageable, and source reports are how you learn which job board earns its fee. That company starts on Plus.

Do Offers and advanced reporting cost extra on Plus?

Yes. JazzHR's comparison table lists Offers and eSignatures and Advanced Visual Reporting as add-ons on Plus, and both are included on Pro. The pricing page does not print an add-on price. Its FAQ says certain add-on features are billed by consumption rather than a flat monthly fee, and that usage can be tracked inside the product.

That leaves a planning gap for a Plus customer who wants to send offer letters for signature inside the ATS. The cost of adding that feature to Plus is not published, so the comparison with Pro cannot be finished from the website. Ask JazzHR for the add-on quote in writing, and compare it with the step from annual Plus to annual Pro, which is $2,028 a year by our subtraction. If the add-on quote comes close to that figure, Pro also brings the custom report builder, workflow reports and all-access support.

Job board spend is a second variable. The FAQ says JazzHR integrates with over a dozen free job boards and supports premium listings and syndication to hundreds of additional boards. Premium listings are a separate purchase on every plan, and the page's footnote says posting and syndication depend on eligibility, partner restrictions and usage limits. Keep a separate line in the hiring budget for sponsored listings.

Who does the published price not apply to?

JazzHR's pricing page excludes several buyers from its standard prices. The footnote says standard pricing does not apply to staffing or recruiting agencies, HR service providers, franchises, multi-location businesses, organizations with over 250 employees, or other organizations at JazzHR's discretion.

That is a long list for a small-business ATS. A restaurant group with three sites, a franchisee, or a regional clinic chain is a multi-location business and should expect a quote rather than the card price. So should any employer past 250 people, even one that hires rarely. If you are in one of those groups, the tables above are a reference point, not your price, and the same site lists two sister products, Lever for scalable hiring and Jobvite for sophisticated hiring. Our Lever review covers the first.

Data migration is the other line to check. The FAQ says migration from your current ATS is included in select plans, without naming which. If you are moving years of candidate history, get the answer for your plan before you sign.

How does JazzHR's price compare with Breezy HR and Workable?

The three vendors price on different units, so compare on the same billing basis. Prices were read on each vendor's pricing page on October 19, 2026.

Vendor and plan Monthly billing Annual billing Free plan Priced by
JazzHR Hero $110/mo $1,000/yr No Company, with a job cap
JazzHR Plus $350/mo $3,480/yr No Company, up to 200 active jobs
Breezy HR Startup $189/mo $157/mo Bootstrap, 1 active position Company, unlimited positions
Breezy HR Growth $329/mo $273/mo Company
Workable Standard, 1 to 20 employees Not listed here $3,588/yr No Employee headcount band

On monthly billing, JazzHR Hero is the cheapest paid entry of the three, at $110 against $189 for Breezy Startup. On annual billing Hero works out to about $83 a month by our division, still below Breezy Startup's annual rate, but Breezy's paid plan has no job cap and Breezy offers a free Bootstrap plan for a company with one opening at a time. Sources: Breezy HR pricing and Workable pricing.

Plus against Breezy Growth is closer. Monthly Plus costs slightly more than Growth at $329, and Growth includes interview guides, scorecards, referrals and electronic signatures, the last of which is an add-on on JazzHR Plus. Workable's Standard plan costs $3,588 a year for a company of 1 to 20 employees and rises with each headcount band, which makes it dearer than annual Plus for a small company and harder to forecast as you grow. The full Workable matrix is in our Workable pricing breakdown, and Breezy's in the Breezy HR review.

Which JazzHR plan should you buy?

  • Hero on monthly billing if you hire in short bursts, fewer than 10 months a year, with one hiring manager and a few postings a month.
  • Hero on annual billing if a role is open most of the year and you do not need knockout questions or source reports.
  • Plus if you screen high applicant volume, need interview guides and scorecards, or post many roles at once. Budget the offer add-on separately if you want eSignatures.
  • Pro if offers inside the ATS, custom reports and all-access support matter, and the Plus add-on quote comes close to the gap between the two plans.
  • A quote, not the card, if you are an agency, a franchise, a multi-location business or over 250 employees.

How we priced this

We read JazzHR's pricing page on October 19, 2026, including the yearly and monthly toggles, the feature comparison table, the footnotes and the FAQ, and the Breezy HR and Workable pricing pages the same day. Annual savings, break-even months and scenario totals are our arithmetic from published prices; they are not vendor quotes, and they exclude add-ons, premium job listings and tax. The Toolradar figures come from JazzHR's Toolradar profile as of October 2026. HRpresso does not test products hands-on. Methods are on how we rate and corrections go through the editorial policy.
