Lattice vs 15Five (2026): Performance Management Pricing and Fit
Lattice vs 15Five in 2026: 15Five Perform includes OKRs and career paths for less per seat than Lattice Foundations at $13. Compensation flips the math.

For most teams that want reviews, goals and career paths, 15Five is the better buy in 2026: Perform is $11 per user per month and already includes OKRs, career paths and a PIP and succession workspace. Lattice Foundations is $13 per seat for reviews and goals, and career tracks cost extra through the Grow add-on. Lattice wins once compensation joins the bundle, and when engagement surveys must come with 1:1s at the entry seat rate.
Both prices were read on 18 October 2026 on Lattice's pricing page and 15Five's pricing page, which is marked "Updated February 2026". Both vendors bill annually and both list a per-seat rate, so this is one of the few performance management matchups you can cost before a sales call.
Toolradar data: Toolradar tracks 46 performance management tools as of 18 October 2026, and only 5 of the 10 on its performance management ranking publish a paid price, at a median cheapest paid plan of $6 a month. Lattice and 15Five are both among those five, which is why this comparison can use list prices on both sides.
At a glance
| Dimension | Lattice | 15Five | Winner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reviews plus goals | Foundations, $13 per seat per month | Perform, $11 per user per month | 15Five |
| Career paths and development plans | Grow add-on, +$4 per seat per month | Included in Perform | 15Five |
| Engagement surveys at the entry rate | Engagement, $4 per seat, with 1:1s, updates and feedback | Engage, $4 per user, with benchmarking but no 1-on-1s | Lattice for managers, 15Five for benchmarks |
| Compensation | Add-on, +$6 per seat per month | $9 per user, or $11 with Mercer salary benchmarking | Lattice |
| Minimum spend | $4,000 a year | None on standard packages; some add-ons may have one | 15Five |
| Integrations named | 26 on its integrations page | 44 on its integrations page, including an API and SFTP | 15Five |
| Free plan or trial | None, a product tour only | None, a demo only | Neither |
The table settles most decisions on its own: 15Five is cheaper or level per seat in every priced row except compensation, and it prints no contract floor. Lattice keeps an edge for small survey-plus-manager-tools buys and for pay planning.
How much do Lattice and 15Five cost?
Lattice sells base products and add-ons per seat per month, billed annually in US dollars only. Foundations is its most popular package at $13 and bundles Performance with Goals and OKRs. Performance alone is $10 and Goals and OKRs alone is $8. Engagement is $4, Compensation is a +$6 add-on and Grow is a +$4 add-on. Every base product includes 1:1s, weekly updates, feedback, Q&A boards, analytics, the AI agent and integrations. Enterprise is a custom quote. The full module math sits in our Lattice pricing breakdown.
15Five sells three packages per user per month, billed annually. Engage matches Lattice Engagement's rate, Perform is $11 and Total Platform is $16, which adds both together plus manager training microlearnings. Compensation is priced apart at $9 per user, and a second tier adds Mercer real-time salary benchmarking for $2 more. Manager programs are extras: the Content library is $49 per manager per month and live coaching is $399 per credit.
The structural gap matters more than any single rate. Lattice charges by product, 15Five charges by package. A Lattice buyer who wants reviews, goals and career paths stacks three line items. A 15Five buyer gets all three in Perform.
What does a 150-person team pay for each bundle?
We priced three common bundles at 150 seats for one year, using list rates only. These are sums of printed per-seat prices, not quotes, and both vendors negotiate.
| Bundle at 150 seats | Lattice | Lattice year | 15Five | 15Five year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reviews and goals | Foundations, $13 | $23,400 | Perform, $11 | $19,800 |
| Reviews, goals and engagement | Foundations plus Engagement, $17 | $30,600 | Total Platform, $16 | $28,800 |
| Reviews, goals, engagement and compensation | Foundations, Engagement and Compensation, $23 | $41,400 | Total Platform plus Compensation Base, $25 | $45,000 |
15Five saves $3,600 a year on reviews and goals at this headcount, and $1,800 once engagement joins. The order flips on the full suite: Lattice is $3,600 cheaper when compensation is part of the purchase, and the gap grows if you take 15Five's Mercer benchmarking tier instead of the base package. Lattice's Compensation add-on lists global benchmarks among its features, so the cheaper Lattice row is not a stripped-down version.
Confirm one thing before you trust the middle row. Lattice's page does not say whether Engagement stacks on Foundations at its card rate or gets repriced inside a custom package. Ask for both lines on the quote.
Performance reviews: 15Five packs more into one package
15Five Perform covers AI-assisted reviews, 360 reviews from managers, peers and direct reports, calibrations, a 9-box talent matrix, competencies and skills mapping, and lifecycle reviews by employment stage. Its feature table also puts Growth Studio, which holds PIPs, development plans and succession planning, inside Perform. Weighted OKRs, 1-on-1 agendas, weekly check-ins and turnover analysis are in the same package.
Lattice Performance lists performance reviews, succession planning, promotions, PIPs, talent reviews and calibration. That covers the review cycle itself just as well. Goals are a separate $8 product unless you buy Foundations, and career tracks and development plans sit in the Grow add-on.
Pick 15Five if one package has to run reviews, goals, career paths and PIPs without a line-item negotiation. Pick Lattice if the review cycle is the whole job and goals already live in another system, because Performance at $10 then undercuts Perform. The full product reads are in the 15Five review and the Lattice review, and the wider field is in best performance management software.
Engagement surveys: same seat rate, different extras
Both entry products cost the same per seat, and they buy different things. 15Five Engage includes engagement surveys and eNPS, targeted assessments, heat maps, onboarding and exit surveys, action planning and industry benchmarking. Its feature table does not include 1-on-1s, weekly check-ins or the mobile app on Engage alone.
Lattice Engagement covers pulse surveys, onboarding and exit surveys, eNPS, action planning and AI analysis. Like every Lattice base product, it also carries 1:1s, weekly updates and feedback. Its card names no external benchmark.
The catch is Lattice's $4,000 annual minimum. Engagement alone only clears that floor at 84 seats or more, so a smaller company buying surveys pays the minimum, not the seat rate. 15Five says its standard packages have no minimum, though some add-ons may carry one. For survey-first buyers, our employee engagement software ranking and employee survey tools list compare more options.
Manager tools and AI: included versus add-on
Lattice includes its AI agent with every base product. The pricing page says it acts on your data, answers employee questions and coaches managers in the flow of work, with no separate AI fee printed.
15Five splits AI into two layers. Perform includes the AMAYA AI thought partner, an insights dashboard, AI-assisted reviews and 15Five Agents. The Kona tools cost extra: Kona Notetaker is $2 per employee per month and drafts 1-on-1 notes and performance snapshots, and Kona Coach is $19 per manager per month.
If AI meeting notes are the feature you want, 15Five prints a price for it and Lattice's page does not list a notetaker. If you want manager coaching without a second budget line, Lattice's bundled agent is the simpler purchase. For a side-by-side of review-writing AI, see best AI for performance reviews.
Integrations: 15Five names more systems
15Five's integrations page names 44 integrations. The HRIS list includes ADP, BambooHR, Ceridian, Deel, Gusto, HiBob, Justworks, Namely, Paycor, Paylocity, Rippling, UKG and Workday, plus a custom API and SFTP for anything else. It also connects to GitHub, Linear, Gong, Salesforce, Zendesk and AI coding tools such as Cursor and Codex, feeding work signals into its AI.
Lattice's integrations page names 26. Its HRIS list covers ADP, BambooHR, Gusto, HiBob, Humaans, Namely, Personio, Rippling, TriNet, UKG, Workday and Zenefits. The rest are single sign-on providers, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Google Suite, Jira, Salesforce, Claude, Glean and OpenAI.
The HRIS overlap is wide, so check your own system first. Paylocity, Paycor, Deel, Justworks and Ceridian appear only on 15Five's page. Personio, TriNet, Humaans and Zenefits appear only on Lattice's. If your HRIS is in neither list, 15Five's API and SFTP options give you a documented fallback. For the system-of-record side of the budget, see how much an HRIS costs.
Contract terms and hidden costs
- Lattice bills every contract annually and in USD only, with a $4,000 minimum annual agreement across all products.
- Lattice says its performance management software has no extra cost for implementation or change management.
- 15Five bills its contract annually and lists no minimum on standard packages. Some add-ons may carry minimums the page does not print.
- 15Five's manager Content library ($49 per manager per month) and coaching credits ($399 each) sit outside every package.
- Neither vendor lists a free plan or a trial. If budget is zero, start with free performance review software.
Who should choose which
Choose 15Five when you want reviews, OKRs, 360 feedback, career paths and PIPs in a single per-user price, when your HRIS is Paylocity, Paycor or Deel, or when the team is too small to clear a $4,000 floor. It is also the pick when industry benchmarking matters more than manager tools in the survey product.
Choose Lattice when compensation planning is part of the purchase, when you want 1:1s and feedback bundled with even the cheapest product, or when your HRIS is Personio or TriNet. It is also cheaper for a pure review cycle at $10 per seat, provided goals live elsewhere.
If neither fits, Lattice vs Culture Amp covers the survey-heavy alternative, and best OKR software and best 360 feedback tools cover single-purpose options. Toolradar keeps profiles for Lattice and 15Five.
How we compared them
Prices, package contents and integration lists come from each vendor's own pages, read on 18 October 2026: Lattice pricing, 15Five pricing, Lattice integrations and 15Five integrations. The 150-seat bills multiply published per-seat rates by 12 and by headcount, and they assume no discount. We have not used either product, so every feature claim is what the vendor publishes. Toolradar counts come from the directory we run, as of 18 October 2026.
