Nine 360 feedback tools compared on published prices, the year-one cost for 50 people, and what the free options really cover.

TL;DR

No 360 feedback tool on this list has a forever-free plan that covers 360 reviews. PeopleGoal is the cheapest published per-seat option: $4 per user per month for up to 50 users, billed annually, so 50 people pay $2,400 a year, with a 14-day free trial. Toolradar data: of the 44 performance management tools we track, 18% are free, freemium or open source, and none of the nine 360 vendors below publishes a free plan that runs 360 reviews.

Key facts9 tools compared: PeopleGoal, Spidergap, Workleap, Lattice, 15Five, Engagedly, Culture Amp…
  • Updated: October 16, 2026
  • Top pick: PeopleGoal (best for: Companies of 50 or fewer that want 360 and peer feedback in one per-seat price)
  • Top pick price as of October 16, 2026: PeopleGoal: $4 per user/month for up to 50 users, billed annually; 14-day free trial
  • 9 tools compared: PeopleGoal, Spidergap, Workleap, Lattice, 15Five, Engagedly, Culture Amp, PerformYard, Trakstar
  • Spidergap (best for: Consultants and HR teams running 360s for a set group of leaders rather than the whole company): Starter $1,099/year in USD, 10 feedback recipients included; $89/year per extra recipient
  • Workleap (best for: Companies under 250 people that want 360 reviews inside a wider people platform on an annual plan price): Standard from $4,999 USD/year billed annually; Pro from $11,999; custom above 250 employees
  • Lattice (best for: Review-led teams that want 360 feedback inside talent reviews and calibration, and may add goals later): Performance $10/seat/month, billed annually; $4,000 minimum a year across products

A 360 review costs whatever its pricing unit says it costs. Some vendors bill per seat, some per person who receives a report, some by a flat annual fee, and some sell only a quote. At 50 people, the same cycle costs $7,500 on one vendor and well under that on another, before a single add-on.

Read the pricing unit before the feature list. The features overlap far more than the invoices do.

1 PeopleGoal logo
Top Pick

PeopleGoal

The lowest published 360 price on this list, with the 360 included, but the page sets its rate only for up to 50 users.

Pricing
$4 per user/month for up to 50 users, billed annually; 14-day free trial

Best for: Companies of 50 or fewer that want 360 and peer feedback in one per-seat price.

Pros

  • The 360 and peer feedback features sit inside the Performance product, so there is no separate 360 SKU to add.
  • At 50 people the bill is $2,400 a year, the lowest year-one cost among the vendors on this list that publish a price.
  • The 14-day free trial covers the full product with no feature limits and no card needed.

Cons

  • The page gives no rate above 50 users, so a company that grows past the cap has to ask for a quote.
  • A trial is not a free plan. Access ends after 14 days unless you pay.
2 Spidergap logo

Spidergap

A dedicated 360 tool priced per person who receives a report, so a leader-only program costs less than a company-wide per-seat plan.

Pricing
Starter $1,099/year in USD, 10 feedback recipients included; $89/year per extra recipient

Best for: Consultants and HR teams running 360s for a set group of leaders rather than the whole company.

Pros

  • It is built only for 360s, so the questionnaire, the report and the anonymity settings are the product rather than a module.
  • Starter includes anonymized feedback, employee-friendly reports, a personal development plan and translation into more than 100 languages.
  • One full 360 assessment is free to run before you pay.

Cons

  • Recipients are priced one by one. For 50 people who all receive a report, the bill is $4,659 a year, nearly double the PeopleGoal figure.
  • It sells 360 reports, so goals, 1:1s and check-ins are a second purchase.
3 Workleap logo

Workleap

A starting annual price with no per-seat meter on the page, for a wider people platform that lists 360 reviews among its features.

Pricing
Standard from $4,999 USD/year billed annually; Pro from $11,999; custom above 250 employees

Best for: Companies under 250 people that want 360 reviews inside a wider people platform on an annual plan price.

Pros

  • Standard starts at $4,999 a year, and the page moves to custom pricing only above 250 employees.
  • The capability list covers 360 performance reviews, goals and OKRs, recognition and an org chart in one platform.
  • Prices are in USD and published on the page, so the cost is known without a quote.

Cons

  • The page lists 360 performance reviews without naming the tier that includes them, so ask in writing before you buy Standard.
  • Above 250 employees the price is custom, and Pro starts at $11,999 a year.
4 Lattice logo

Lattice

A well-known review platform where 360 feedback sits inside talent reviews, priced per seat with a yearly floor.

Pricing
Performance $10/seat/month, billed annually; $4,000 minimum a year across products

Best for: Review-led teams that want 360 feedback inside talent reviews and calibration, and may add goals later.

Pros

  • The Performance product page describes confidential 360 feedback in talent reviews, and packet sharing and export can be turned off at cycle level.
  • At 50 people the Performance rate comes to $6,000 a year, and the yearly minimum does not apply.
  • Goals and OKRs, Engagement and Grow are sold as separate products, so the next step is visible before you buy.

Cons

  • The pricing page does not name 360 feedback. You find it on the Performance product page, so read both before you budget.
  • No free plan. The free items on the site are a product tour and guides.
5 15Five logo

15Five

The 360 sits in Perform at $11 per user, and the Engage plan covers surveys without it.

Pricing
Perform $11/user/month billed annually, with 360° Feedback; Total Platform $16/user/month

Best for: Managers and HR teams that want weekly check-ins, 360s and reviews on one per-user bill.

Pros

  • Perform puts 360° Feedback next to AI-assisted reviews, a 9-box talent matrix and weighted OKRs on one plan card.
  • Total Platform adds the HR dashboard and manager microlearning on top of Perform, so the 360 is the same feature at a higher tier.
  • The FAQ describes standard packages without a minimum spend, though some add-ons carry minimums.

Cons

  • At 50 people, Perform costs $6,600 a year. Engage is cheaper but has no 360.
  • Add-ons raise the bill. Manager content is $49 per manager per month and coaching is $399 per credit.
6 Engagedly logo

Engagedly

360 Degree Feedback is a Performance Suite module, and its yearly floor binds for any team under 79 people at the top rate.

Pricing
Performance Suite $5 to $8/user/month billed annually; $7,500/year minimum; bundles by quote

Best for: HR teams that want 360s inside a suite with calibration and development plans, and can sign a quote.

Pros

  • The 360 module lists auto-recognition of respondents, external reviewers, anonymity protection and AI-powered feedback summaries.
  • Calibration, a 9-box view and an integrated development plan sit in the same suite, so the 360 feeds the cycle.
  • The page says price varies with headcount and bundling, so the list range is a starting point, not the final rate.

Cons

  • At 50 people the per-seat range gives $3,000 to $4,800 a year, but the yearly minimum makes the real bill $7,500.
  • No free plan on the pricing page, and the bundle needs a quote before the year-one cost is known.
7 Culture Amp logo

Culture Amp

The 360 tool sits in its Perform platform, and the only price on offer is a quote billed annually.

Pricing
Quote only; price depends on headcount, product and tier; all products billed annually

Best for: Companies that want 360 feedback next to goals and 1-on-1s, and will take a sales cycle to get a price.

Pros

  • The 360 degree feedback tool page sets 360 feedback beside goals and 1-on-1s in one performance workflow.
  • The developmental feedback focus suits managers who want coaching conversations more than a scored review.
  • The site positions the platform on people science and benchmarks, which buyers can ask to see in the quote.

Cons

  • No list price. The pricing page names the factors (headcount, product, tier) and says billing is annual, but gives no figure.
  • Confirm in the quote that 360s are included in the product you buy, since the 360 page sits under Perform.
8 PerformYard logo

PerformYard

360 Feedback is one of its named products, sold per seat, with the rate given only in a quote.

Pricing
Per-seat pricing billed annually; no list price published; volume pricing for larger organizations

Best for: Teams that want annual reviews, 360 feedback and performance improvement plans in one tool, and will ask for a quote.

Pros

  • 360 Feedback sits beside annual reviews, goal check-ins, competency-based reviews and PIPs, so one login runs the cycle.
  • The pricing page says every customer gets a dedicated support specialist, which helps in a first 360 cycle.
  • Per-seat pricing scales with the number of employees and products, so the quote is tied to the scope you name.

Cons

  • With no list price, the 50-person cost cannot be computed from the page. You need a quote.
  • No free plan. The free items on the pricing page are support and a grade report, not a plan you can run a 360 on.
9 Trakstar logo

Trakstar

360-degree feedback is sold inside an all-in-one suite, and the page offers a quote, not a price.

Pricing
Quote only; the page asks for a quote on its all-in-one performance, hiring and engagement suite

Best for: Mid-market HR teams that want 360 feedback, check-ins and recognition with hiring in one vendor.

Pros

  • The page names 360-degree feedback alongside check-ins and recognition, so one contract can cover the review cycle.
  • Performance, hiring, engagement and learning come from one vendor, which matters if you are buying several HR tools at once.

Cons

  • No published price, so the year-one cost is unknown from the page.
  • No free plan is listed on the pricing page.

What it is

A 360 feedback tool collects ratings and written comments about one person from their manager, peers, direct reports and sometimes the person themselves, then turns the answers into a report. Most platforms treat 360s as one module inside a performance suite, so a product that looks like a 360 tool may be a performance product with a 360 switch. A 360 also turns up inside some HR systems, as in BambooHR's review. The rater form and the anonymity rules matter more than the number of question templates.

Why it matters

The free question is where buyers get stuck. None of the nine vendors below offers a forever-free plan that runs 360 reviews, so a free 360 usually means a trial that ends or a general survey tool you rig yourself. Survey tools with free plans are a different job: pulse questions, not rater reports. For a related question about AI drafting of the written parts, see the AI performance review tools guide.

Price is the second question. A 50-person company on a per-seat tool and a company with 10 leaders on a per-recipient tool do not buy the same thing for the same money. The cards and tips below work out both.

Key features to look for

Pricing unit
Per seat, per recipient, flat annual or quote. This sets the year-one bill more than any feature list does. A per-seat price with a minimum can cost more than the rate suggests.
Rater set
Manager only, manager plus peers, or upward and external raters. Each added rater type adds questions, reminders and admin work, so count the raters before you count the seats.
Anonymity rules
The minimum number of raters before results show, and whether comments appear word for word. Ask the vendor for the threshold in writing, because people stop answering once they think a comment can be traced.
Report and development plan
Strengths, gaps and a plan the person can act on. Spidergap includes a personal development plan in its Starter package, which matters if the 360 is for growth rather than a rating.
What happens after the report
A 360 is a cycle, not a PDF. Check that goals, 1:1s and follow-up sit in the same login, or the report sits unused until the next review.

Pricing

Methodology: we read each vendor's pricing page on 10 October 2026 and took the USD price shown there. Year-one cost assumes 50 people (or 50 recipients where the vendor bills per recipient), billed annually, for one 360 cycle. Quote-only vendors are labelled and left out of the cost ranking. Third-party roundups were not used as a source. For Lattice's full pricing history and product detail, see our Lattice review, and for HRIS price context outside the 360 question, see what an HRIS costs.

Mistakes to avoid
×Pricing 20 people on Lattice at $10 a seat and ignoring the minimum. The $4,000 annual minimum sets the real bill, not the seat math.
×Buying the Engage plan at 15Five for 360 reviews. The 360 is in Perform, and Engage covers surveys only.
×Assuming a free 360 tool exists. None of the nine vendors publishes a forever-free plan that runs 360 reviews. Budget for a trial, a quote or a per-recipient price.
Expert tips
→Pick the pricing unit first. If only 10 leaders receive reports, Spidergap Starter is $1,099 a year. A per-seat contract bills the whole company, which is why the two numbers sit so far apart.
→Ask Engagedly and PerformYard for quotes with the employee count and the modules written in, so the yearly minimum appears in the quote before you commit.
→Use the free trial for a real cycle. PeopleGoal's 14 days and Spidergap's single assessment are the only free access among the nine vendors, so run one live review with a few raters before you commit to a year.

The bottom line

For a company-wide 360 at 50 people, PeopleGoal has the lowest published price, with the 360 included and a 14-day trial. If only 10 leaders need reports, Spidergap is the cheaper route, because a per-seat plan bills the whole company. If the 360 must sit inside a full review cycle, Lattice Performance and 15Five Perform are the named choices, and both price per seat with the 360 in the paid tier.

Culture Amp, PerformYard and Trakstar are the quote-first options, so get a written price before you sit through a demo. Read the tool profiles on PeopleGoal on Toolradar and Lattice on Toolradar before you shortlist, and the wider performance management guide if the 360 is only one part of the cycle. If you are still choosing a platform, our HiBob review is the next read.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best 360 feedback tool in 2026?

For a company-wide 360 at 50 people, PeopleGoal has the lowest published price: its per-user rate for up to 50 users, billed annually, comes to $2,400 a year, with the 360 and peer feedback included. For 10 leaders who receive reports, Spidergap's Starter at $1,099 a year covers 10 recipients. If the 360 has to sit inside a full review cycle, Lattice Performance and 15Five Perform are the named choices.

Is there a free 360 feedback tool?

Not a forever-free 360 plan. PeopleGoal offers a 14-day free trial of the full product, and Spidergap lets you run one 360 assessment free. SurveySparrow has a forever-free general survey plan with 3 active surveys and 10 questions per survey, but it is a survey tool, not a 360 product.

How much does 360 feedback software cost?

Published per-seat prices start at PeopleGoal's per-user rate, with Lattice Performance and 15Five Perform priced per seat above it. Engagedly lists $5 to $8 a user per month with a yearly minimum. Culture Amp, PerformYard and Trakstar publish no price. At 50 people, the published tools run from the PeopleGoal figure up to the Engagedly minimum, before add-ons.

Does Lattice include 360 feedback?

Yes. The Lattice Performance product page describes confidential 360 feedback inside talent reviews. Performance is $10 a seat per month, billed annually, with a $4,000 minimum across products. The pricing page does not name 360 feedback directly, so check the product page before you budget.

Does 15Five's Engage plan include 360 reviews?

No. Engage, the cheapest 15Five plan, covers engagement surveys and targeted assessments. 360° Feedback is in Perform at $11 per user per month, billed annually, and Total Platform at $16 includes the same 360 with more tools.

Does Workleap's Standard plan include 360 reviews?

The pricing page lists 360 performance reviews among its capabilities but does not map them to a tier. Standard starts at $4,999 a year in USD and Pro at $11,999. Confirm in writing that 360 reviews are in the plan you buy.
