The Best OKR Software in 2026
Nine OKR and goal-tracking platforms compared on the per-seat rate each one publishes on its own pricing page, checked in September 2026.
Lattice prices Goals & OKRs alone at $8 a seat a month, or $18 a seat combined with its Performance module, billed annually only. Betterworks matches that entry rate for OKRs bundled with Performance. 15Five only includes OKRs on its $11 Perform plan, not the cheaper $4 Engage tier. Weekdone is free for up to three people, then about $10.80 a user a month on a 10-person team.
Perdoo and Mooncamp publish their paid tiers in euros only, with no dollar rate on their sites. Profit.co and WorkBoard, the company that now owns the Quantive brand, sell OKRs on a quote with no published price at all. Leapsome shows a per-user starting figure only in euros on its own pricing page, before modules and volume discounts, with the real number still coming from sales.
OKR software takes a company's quarterly objectives and key results out of a shared spreadsheet and puts them where managers actually work: cascading goal trees, weekly check-ins and a dashboard someone in leadership actually opens.
The published price for that ranges from free to a quote nobody will confirm in writing, for tools that all claim to do the same job.
Hrpresso data: Toolradar, the software directory we run, ranks 9 OKR and goal-tracking platforms in its own comparison guide, live when we checked it today, 25 September 2026.
That is the same set of vendors that shows up again and again in HR forums when this question gets asked.
How we compared: nine vendor pricing pages read today, direct from each company's own site, in USD where a dollar rate exists.
No paid placement; Lattice and 15Five rank here on fit for an OKR buyer, not because of any partnership.

What it is
OKR software is a goal-management tool built around Objectives and Key Results: a small number of qualitative objectives, each backed by measurable key results, set on a quarterly or annual cycle and made visible across teams.
Most platforms add cascading goal trees, progress check-ins, alignment dashboards and Slack or Teams nudges on top of that core.
The category splits two ways. Lattice, 15Five and Betterworks sell OKRs as one module inside a broader performance-management suite, priced alongside reviews and 1-on-1s.
Weekdone, Perdoo, Mooncamp, Profit.co, Leapsome and WorkBoard sell dedicated goal and strategy-execution platforms, some bundled with KPI or OKR coaching. Buying the wrong type means paying for a full review cycle you did not want, or missing the performance link you did.
Why it matters
A 50-person company on Lattice's combined Goals & OKRs plus Performance plan pays $10,800 a year, billed annually with no monthly option. The same headcount on Weekdone runs closer to $5,400 a year at its per-user rate, no bundled performance suite attached.
That gap is the first number to defend before anyone asks whether the tool actually changed how teams set goals.
The bigger risk is buying a name that has changed. Quantive, the rebrand of Gtmhub, is a market leader HR buyers still search for by name.
Its own domain, quantive.com, now redirects entirely to workboard.com, and WorkBoard's site footer lists Quantive as one of its own trademarks. A shortlist built from an old article can point a buyer at a page, and a company, that no longer exists on its own.

Pricing
Nine OKR pricing pages, read directly on each vendor's own site today, 25 September 2026. Five publish a per-seat or per-user monthly rate in USD: Lattice, 15Five, Betterworks and Weekdone all show a dollar figure, and Weekdone's free tier and Perdoo's free tier are both genuinely $0 for a small team.
Perdoo's and Mooncamp's paid tiers are priced in euros only, with no USD toggle on either site, so their dollar cost is not stated here rather than guessed at.
Profit.co and WorkBoard publish no price at all, only a path to a sales quote.
Leapsome shows a starting figure on its pricing page in euros only, with no USD rate, though the number that applies to any real deal still comes from sales.
That is not unusual in enterprise HR software, but it means three of the nine vendors most buyers shortlist for this category cannot be compared on price without a call first.
Quantive, the rebrand of Gtmhub and a name that still shows up in older OKR roundups, now redirects its own domain to workboard.com; Toolradar's tool page for Quantive still tracks it as a distinct listing, worth checking before you quote an old article's numbers.
None of Lattice's, 15Five's or Betterworks's OKR modules are sold as a true standalone product at their headline price; each requires the base performance tier alongside it.
| Plan | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Lattice Goals & OKRs | $8/seat/mo | Cascading goals, progress updates, Salesforce and Jira integration; billed annually only |
| Lattice Goals & OKRs + Performance | $18/seat/mo | Adds performance reviews, succession planning and calibration on the same seats |
| Lattice minimum contract | $4,000/yr | Minimum annual agreement across any combination of Lattice products |
| 15Five Engage | $4/user/mo | Engagement surveys and eNPS; no OKR or goal tracking included |
| 15Five Perform | $11/user/mo | Weighted OKRs & Goal Management, AI-assisted reviews, 9-box talent matrix; billed annually |
| 15Five Total Platform | $16/user/mo | Everything in Engage and Perform plus manager-training microlearnings |
| Betterworks Performance | $8/user/mo | Goals & OKRs, feedback, review conversations and SSO included from the entry tier |
| Betterworks Performance + Talent Intelligence | $9/user/mo | Adds calibration, succession planning and unified talent profiles |
| Betterworks Enterprise | Custom quote | Adds engagement surveys, change management services and signature support |
| Weekdone (free) | Free | Up to 3 users, every feature included, no card required |
| Weekdone (10-user team, monthly) | $108/mo ($10.80/user) | 10 seats billed monthly; per-user rate drops as the team grows |
| Weekdone (10-user team, annual) | About $9/user/mo | Same package billed annually, saves $216/year over the monthly rate |
| Perdoo Free | Free | Up to 5 users; strategy maps, OKR and KPI tracking, AI assistant |
| Perdoo Premium | Check current pricing | Adds dashboards, SSO and SCIM, premium integrations; published in EUR only on Perdoo's site |

Who it's for
Buy a bundled tool, Lattice, 15Five or Betterworks, when you already plan to run performance reviews in the same system and want OKR progress to feed straight into that cycle.
Buy a standalone tool, Weekdone, Perdoo or Mooncamp, when you already have a review process elsewhere and want goal tracking done well on its own, without paying for a review module you will not use.
Go quote-only, Profit.co, Leapsome or WorkBoard, once you are an enterprise buyer who negotiates most software this way anyway, or you need modules, like Profit.co's balanced scorecard or WorkBoard's operating-review workflow, that smaller vendors do not offer.
If HR compliance or a wider HRIS is the actual gap, not goal tracking, see our HR compliance software guide instead; for measuring how people feel about the goals once they are set, our employee engagement software guide covers that separate question.
The bottom line
Pick Lattice if performance reviews are coming to the same system either way and you can absorb the annual-only billing and its stated minimum contract.
Pick Betterworks if you want that same bundle at a lower entry price and your org is large enough, 500-plus employees by the vendor's own recommendation, to get full value.
Pick 15Five if weekly manager check-ins matter as much as the goals themselves, but budget for the Perform tier, not the cheaper headline.
Pick Weekdone or Perdoo if you want OKRs alone and a genuine free tier to start on.
Pick Mooncamp for a more configurable goal tree once you have outgrown a fixed template, keeping in mind its euro-only pricing and 5-user minimum.
Reach for Profit.co, Leapsome or WorkBoard only once you are buying enterprise software on a negotiated contract anyway, and double-check WorkBoard's name if the quote you are chasing was for Quantive.
