Leapsome Pricing 2026: HRIS Foundation, Pro and Every Module Price
Leapsome lists its HRIS from $7 per employee per month in 2026, plus modules from $3 each. Year-end offers, three priced headcounts and Lattice compared.

Leapsome costs $7 per employee per month for its Agentic HRIS Foundation or $10 for Agentic HRIS Pro, plus $3 or more per employee for each Talent Suite module, per its pricing page read on 18 October 2026. Until December 31, Foundation is free when you buy at least one module and Pro is listed at $5. There is no setup fee.
Leapsome sells a platform and modules, not bundled tiers. Every customer pays for the HRIS layer, because each module reads from the employee record, then adds Performance Reviews, Recruiting, Goals, Engagement, Learning, Compensation or Time Tracking one by one. That makes the per-employee rate easy to read and the final bill easy to underestimate. For whether the product earns the money, start with our Leapsome review; this page is only the invoice.
Toolradar data: Toolradar, the software directory we run, evaluated 46 performance management tools for its ranking, updated 15 October 2026, and Leapsome is one of them. Leapsome prints a list price for every module, so its bill can be modeled before the sales call.

How does Leapsome pricing work?
Every price is per employee per month, counted on the whole workforce, not on HR seats. The estimator on the pricing page takes a headcount from 1 to 500+, a platform level and a set of modules, then shows a per-employee figure plus monthly and annual totals. It states that it shows list prices only and that multi-module and volume discounts are not reflected.
Two consequences follow. First, a company of 200 pays for 200 people even if only managers run reviews, so the module count matters more than the number of admins. Second, the published number is a ceiling: Leapsome's FAQ says discounts depend on how many modules you buy and how many employees you have, and the exact figures arrive in the quote.
The platform is mandatory. Leapsome's FAQ answers "Do I have to buy the platform to use a single module?" with yes, because every module reads from the employee record. Buying only Performance Reviews therefore means the module plus Foundation, which at list price doubles the rate you might have budgeted from the module card alone.
Foundation or Pro: what the higher platform rate buys
Foundation is the HR system of record: employee profiles and org chart, absence management and policies, document management, payroll prep exports, meetings and instant feedback. Custom attributes, e-signatures, workflows, analytics, AI and integrations are included at a limited level, and the DATEV and payroll connectors are not included.
Pro removes those limits. It adds full custom attributes and profile sections, unlimited workflows with multi-step approvals, unlimited analytics with custom reports, unlimited e-signatures, advanced AI agents and advanced integrations, including the payroll connectors.
Pick Pro when Leapsome becomes your actual HRIS, not a layer next to BambooHR or HiBob. A company that runs approvals, contracts and payroll handoffs through the tool will hit Foundation's limits quickly. A company that only needs a clean employee record under its performance cycle can stay on Foundation, and right now pays nothing for it. If you are still choosing the core system, our HRIS cost guide and BambooHR pricing page put that decision in context.
What the December 31 offers change
Leapsome is running three year-end offers, each tied to purchase by December 31, 2026:
- Foundation free with any module. The FAQ says the HRIS is included at no cost when you purchase by that date, and charged at the list price after it.
- Pro at half its list rate. The pricing page shows the list rate struck through next to the offer.
- The Agentic HR Accelerator Program. A six-month guided program with a cohort, three guided AI use cases, a dedicated contact, migration and certification, listed at a $24,000 one-time value and included free for new HRIS customers.
Ask how the offer behaves at renewal. The page says what you pay when you buy, not what the platform costs in year two, so get the renewal rate for the HRIS line written into the order form. A Foundation line that renews at list adds the full Foundation rate per employee to every later year.
Three Leapsome bills, priced from the list
These are our scenarios built from Leapsome's published list prices, before any negotiated discount. Annual totals are the monthly figure times 12.
| Company | Modules | Rate at list | Rate with year-end offer | Annual at list | Annual with offer |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50 employees | Foundation + Performance | $14/employee | Module rate only | $8,400 | $4,200 |
| 150 employees | Foundation + Performance, Goals, Engagement | $22/employee | $15/employee | $39,600 | $27,000 |
| 300 employees | Pro + Performance, Engagement, Compensation, Time Tracking | $27/employee | $22/employee | $97,200 | $79,200 |
The 50-person case shows how much the year-end offer is worth: it halves the bill for a company that only wants reviews. The 300-person case shows the opposite effect of scale. Four modules on Pro cost almost $100,000 a year at list, which is where the volume and multi-module discounts in the quote matter more than the sticker.
How Leapsome's price compares with Lattice
Lattice is the closest comparison because it also prints per-seat prices. Its pricing page, read on 18 October 2026, lists Performance at $10 per seat per month, Goals & OKRs at $8 and Engagement at $4, with compensation at $6 and a career growth add-on at $4. Lattice bills annually, in USD only, with a $4,000 minimum annual agreement.
| Bundle | Leapsome at list | Leapsome with offer | Lattice |
|---|---|---|---|
| Performance only | $14 (module + Foundation) | Module rate only | $10 |
| Performance, goals and engagement | $22 | $15 | $22 |
| Minimum contract | None printed on the pricing page | Same | $4,000 a year |
At list price the two cost the same for the three-module bundle, and Leapsome's per-employee rate includes an HRIS that Lattice sells separately. For a review-only rollout, Lattice is cheaper per seat at list and Leapsome is cheaper during the offer. Lattice's $4,000 floor matters for small teams: a 20-person company on Lattice Performance alone would be billed the minimum rather than its seat math.
Lattice includes 1:1s, weekly updates and feedback with any base product, and says implementation and change management carry no extra cost on its performance software. Leapsome includes meetings and instant feedback in Foundation and states no setup fee. For the full feature comparison, see our Lattice review, Lattice alternatives and Lattice vs Culture Amp.
Is Leapsome worth the price?
Leapsome is worth it when you want one vendor for the employee record and the talent cycle, and you will use at least three modules. That is where the platform fee is spread across real usage and where the list price matches Lattice while adding an HRIS. It is weaker value for a team that only needs review cycles: at list, the mandatory platform fee makes a single module cost as much as two.
The other caveat is budget certainty. With discounts set in the quote and the year-end offers tied to a purchase date, the published price is a starting point, not the contract. Ask for the per-employee rate, the discount and the renewal rate per line, then compare that with our best performance management software list or the 15Five review. Teams on a tight budget can start with the best free performance review software instead.
How we checked these prices
Louis Corneloup, founder of Dupple and Toolradar, wrote this page from Leapsome's pricing page and its pricing FAQ, read in USD on 18 October 2026, and Lattice's pricing page, read the same day. Scenario headcounts and module mixes are our inputs; every rate is the vendor's list price, and the totals are our arithmetic. HRpresso runs no test lab, so nothing here comes from hands-on use. The 46 tool count is from Toolradar's performance management ranking that month. Editorial rules are on the HRpresso about page.
FAQ
How much does Leapsome cost in 2026?
Leapsome lists Agentic HRIS Foundation at $7 per employee per month and Pro at $10, plus Talent Suite modules from $3 per employee per month each. Until December 31, Foundation is free with at least one module and Pro is offered at $5. Volume and multi-module discounts are set in the quote.
Is there a free Leapsome plan?
No permanent free plan exists. The pricing page lists a 14-day free trial, and the FAQ says Leapsome can give free sandbox access after a consultation. The HRIS Foundation layer is free only as a year-end offer, and only when you purchase at least one paid module.
Can I buy a single Leapsome module without the HRIS?
No. Leapsome's FAQ says the platform is always part of the plan because every module reads from the employee record. Performance Reviews alone therefore costs the module rate plus Foundation, or just the module rate while the free Foundation offer runs.
Does Leapsome charge a setup or implementation fee?
No. Leapsome's pricing page says there is no setup fee and no hidden costs, and its FAQ puts implementation at 1 to 4 weeks depending on the modules and your data. The Accelerator Program, valued at $24,000, is included free for new HRIS customers who buy by December 31.
Is Leapsome cheaper than Lattice?
It depends on the bundle. Performance, goals and engagement cost $22 per employee per month on both at list, and Leapsome includes its HRIS in that rate. For performance reviews alone, Lattice's Performance seat is cheaper than Leapsome's list bundle but dearer than Leapsome during its year-end offer, and Lattice requires a $4,000 annual minimum.
Does Leapsome charge per user or per employee?
Per employee. The rate applies to the headcount you enter in the estimator, from 1 to 500+ employees, and not to the number of HR admins or managers who log in. A larger workforce also earns volume discounts, which Leapsome sets in the quote rather than on the page.
