Recruit CRM Review 2026: Agency ATS Pricing and Credits
What Recruit CRM's three per-user plans include, how its pooled credit system works, what a five-recruiter agency pays in a year, and how it compares with Manatal, Crelate, Loxo and Bullhorn.
Recruit CRM is worth it in 2026 for recruiting and staffing agencies of roughly 2 to 25 recruiters that want an ATS and a client CRM in one system with a published price. Billed annually, Pro costs $95 per user a month, Business $135 and Enterprise $215. Each seat includes a monthly credit allowance worth $10, $20 or $200, pooled across the account.
The catch: AI sourcing, data enrichment, job multiposting, texting, WhatsApp and workflow automation all spend credits, and Recruit CRM does not print how many credits each action uses. Closest alternatives: Manatal, Crelate, Loxo and Bullhorn.
Key factsBest for: Placement and staffing agencies of 2 to 25 recruiters that…
- An agency ATS and CRM with unlimited records on every plan and a pooled credit system for sourcing and outreach.
- Records: Unlimited jobs, candidates and contacts on every plan
- Credits: 100, 200 or 2,000 per user a month, pooled across the account
- Trial: 30-day free trial, no free plan
- Alternatives covered: Manatal, Crelate, Loxo, Bullhorn
Pros
- Unlimited jobs, candidates and contacts on all three plans, so the database never forces an upgrade.
- Every seat adds 100 to 2,000 credits a month to one shared pool across the account.
- Client submissions, deal pipelines and invoicing are in the core product on every plan.
Cons
- Pro allows only 1 hiring pipeline and 15 custom fields, so most multi-desk agencies need Business.
- The page does not print how many credits each search, enrichment or job posting uses.
- No free plan, and assisted data migration is a paid service.
Recruit CRMRecruit CRM sells one system for the whole agency desk: candidates, clients, jobs and placements in one record. Every plan includes unlimited jobs, candidates and contacts, so the bill moves only with the number of recruiters and with how many paid credits the team burns. That makes it easy to budget the seats and harder to budget the extras.
This review is for agency owners, recruiting managers and staffing operators who bill clients for placements. We read Recruit CRM's pricing page and plan comparison on October 19, 2026, worked out what a five-recruiter agency pays in a year on each plan, and set it beside four agency tools checked on their own pricing pages the same day. We run no test lab, so nothing here claims hands-on results.
Toolradar data: Toolradar, the software directory we run, tracks 34 recruiting tools as of October 18, 2026, and 53% of them are free, freemium or open source.
Recruit CRM is in the paid half: it has no free plan, only a 30-day trial, so the question for an agency is whether its per-seat price earns its keep against cheaper per-user tools.
What is Recruit CRM?
Recruit CRM is an agency ATS plus recruiting CRM: software that tracks candidates through hiring pipelines and, in the same database, manages the client companies, hiring-manager contacts and deals that pay the agency.
It is built for third-party recruiters rather than in-house HR teams, which is why placements, client submissions and invoicing sit in the core product.
Every plan includes unlimited jobs, candidates and contacts, AI resume parsing, a Chrome sourcing extension, two-way email and calendar sync, bulk email with open tracking, a hiring manager portal, client submissions with feedback, deal pipelines, invoicing, GDPR tools, Zapier, a mobile app and 24/7 live chat.
Its ARC AI agents write candidate submissions and client pitches and parse custom fields from resumes on every plan.
Around that core sits a credit layer.
AI sourcing across 800M+ external profiles, AI matching, data enrichment, job multiposting to 3,000+ boards, job change alerts, an AI meeting notetaker, LinkedIn messaging sync, WhatsApp, SMS, calling numbers, workflow automation, advanced analytics and contractor timesheets are all available on every plan, but each use spends credits.
How Recruit CRM works
Day to day, a recruiter works from a Kanban pipeline per job, moves candidates between stages, and sends a formatted submission to the client from the same record. The client's feedback comes back through the hiring manager portal, and a placement can turn into an invoice without leaving the system.
Credits are the part that shapes the bill. Pro includes 100 credits per user a month, Business 200 and Enterprise 2,000, and Recruit CRM pools them at the account level, so a five-seat Business account shares 1,000 credits a month.
The pricing page values them at $10, $20 and $200 per user, which works out to 10 cents a credit. It does not print how many credits a search, an enrichment or a job posting costs, and its FAQ says extra credits can be bought once the allowance runs out. Enrichment is not charged when nothing is found.
Plan limits decide when an agency outgrows Pro, and they bite before credits do. Pro allows 1 hiring pipeline, 15 custom fields, 1 mailbox per user and one outreach sequence; Business and Enterprise raise those to 100 pipelines, 100 custom fields and 2 mailboxes, with multichannel sequences across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
Business adds the resume formatting agent with branded, redacted CVs, executive search reports, white-labelled pages, custom job feeds, aggregators such as Broadbean, an open API, custom roles and teams, SSO, IP whitelisting and 30-day audit logs.
Enterprise adds a named account manager, the Recruit Craft website and career page builder, and a credit pool ten times Business.
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and support and account managers come with the subscription. Assisted data migration is a paid service, so an agency moving from another ATS should ask for that quote before signing.
Recruit CRM key features
Recruit CRM pricing
Recruit CRM publishes three per-user plans on Recruit CRM's pricing page, read on October 19, 2026: Pro at $95, Business at $135 and Enterprise at $215 per user a month on annual billing.
The page's billing switch defaults to annual and says annual billing saves up to 17%; check the monthly rate on Recruit CRM's site before you commit to monthly billing.
What a five-recruiter agency pays, computed from those prices. On annual billing, five Pro seats cost $5,700 a year, five Business seats $8,100 and five Enterprise seats $12,900. The credit pool grows with the seats: 500 credits a month on Pro, 1,000 on Business and 10,000 on Enterprise, valued by Recruit CRM at $50, $100 and $1,000 a month.
Where Business earns its premium. The $40 a month per seat gap between Pro and Business buys 100 pipelines instead of 1, the open API, SSO, multichannel sequences and branded resume formatting.
An agency with more than one desk or one client pipeline will hit Pro's single-pipeline limit first, which makes Business the practical entry for most teams of three or more.
Against the field, Recruit CRM is mid-priced for an agency tool. Manatal charges $15, $35 and $55 per user a month billed annually, so five Enterprise seats cost $2,100 a year.
Crelate Essentials is $85 per user a month paid annually for up to 2 users, and Business is $119. Loxo Core starts at $149 per user a month billed annually.
Bullhorn lists Starter at $99 and Core at $165 per user a month for small agencies.
| Plan | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Recruit CRM Pro | $95/user/mo billed annually | Unlimited records, ARC submission and pitching agents, 1 pipeline, 15 custom fields, 100 credits per user |

| Recruit CRM Enterprise | $215/user/mo billed annually | Named account manager, Recruit Craft career site builder, 2,000 credits per user |
| Manatal Enterprise | $35/user/mo billed annually | Unlimited jobs and candidates with workflow automations |

| Loxo Core | From $149/user/mo billed annually | ATS, recruiting CRM and AI search with a pooled monthly agent credit allowance |
| Bullhorn Starter | $99/user/mo | Applicant tracking, resume parsing, client management and a career portal for small agencies |

Who Recruit CRM is for
Recruit CRM fits recruiting and staffing agencies with roughly 2 to 25 recruiters that place candidates with client companies: a contingency firm with a few desks, a retained search boutique that sends branded reports, a staffing agency that also runs contractors on timesheets. Unlimited records and a printed per-seat price make the core cost easy to plan.
It is a weaker fit in three cases.
An in-house HR team hiring for its own company does not need the client CRM, and will usually pay less for an ATS built for that job; see the best applicant tracking systems and the best ATS for small business.
A solo recruiter or a very price-sensitive agency will pay far less per seat on Manatal. And a large staffing firm that needs front-to-back office tools and payroll integrations will end up in a quote with Bullhorn.

The bottom line
Recruit CRM is a strong pick for a placement agency that wants candidates, clients and invoices in one system at a price it can read on the page. Unlimited records on every plan remove the usual upgrade trigger, and the pooled credits give the team a shared budget for sourcing and outreach.
Budget for Business if you run more than one pipeline, and ask for the credit cost of each action before you rely on enrichment or multiposting.
Pick something else when the seat price matters more than the bundle. Manatal is far cheaper per recruiter, Crelate is close in price with a monthly option, Loxo suits desks that want AI agents doing the sourcing, and Bullhorn suits staffing firms heading for a full front and back office.
Methodology: plan prices, credits, limits and FAQ answers were read on Recruit CRM's pricing page on October 19, 2026, along with the pricing pages of Manatal, Crelate, Loxo and Bullhorn.
Annual costs and credit values are our arithmetic on those list prices. The Toolradar figures come from its recruiting ranking dated October 18, 2026. We run no test lab and give no star rating.
